Please fill out one registration form per person. There is no cost. We'll even have a gift for you at the event! 
    ​    You do not need to register if you are not attending in person.
    ​    All of your information will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of creating your name tag, keeping you informed of any changes, and so our team can pray for you. If you do not wish to answer any question, please put N/A.

    You will be required to wear a mask or shield at the event. But hey - the upside is we can be together!
