Do you conveniently “pick-and-choose” in your definition of purity? Purity is more than avoiding sin and abstaining from sexual relationships. True Purity begins with understanding your identity in Christ, then knowing God’s purpose for your body. Your body is to be used to do God’s will, to glorify Him. It is also reserved only for the husband God brings to you.

Any sexual touch or gratification before marriage (or outside of marriage) causes mental, physical and spiritual damage. Through this workshop, Sexual Purity will make sense as you discover your true worth and the right use of your body in the knowledge of Jesus Christ. I pray that, in our time together, Jesus will not only become your Savior, but the Master over your whole life, including your sexuality. Here are some things to prepare for:

• Start de-friending old practices and behaviors that feed your old nature
• How to discern true from fake men believers early in the dating process
• Jesus is the cure for sexual sin, He leads you to purity
• Start seeking accountability with a friend by prayer
• Pray without ceasing
• Application is everything—get ready to apply what you learn
  
  

Understanding purity is not difficult; putting it into practice is difficult—but only when you try it without Jesus Christ. God gives you power to guard your mind, heart and emotions.
